Expected lots to figure out myself but onboarding was clearer
I was expecting to have to figure out a lot on my own during the training and onboarding process since that can sometimes be the case with remote workflow software, but what I got was quite different. Instead of being left to navigate all the tools without much guidance, I found the training materials structured and detailed enough to follow without too much guesswork. For instance, I anticipated wrestling with the dialer and calling tools just through trial and error, but the step-by-step tutorials made it surprisingly straightforward. The onboarding flow was smooth, and automatic updates happened behind the scenes, which removed a lot of the old hassle I expected. Some database features I had to explore in more depth myself, but overall the support options were there if I needed them. The sign-up and invoicing system worked as expected, so I didn’t spend extra time troubleshooting those areas. All in all, my expectation was that I’d have to sort most things out independently, but the reality was that I got much more ready-made help, which sped up my adjustment to the software considerably. This made the whole transition easier than I anticipated.
