expected less waiting, mostly pleasant result
When I contacted telephonic support, my main hope was that the wait time wouldn’t be too long and I wouldn’t have to repeat myself endlessly. In practice, the experience was mostly positive though not perfect. There were a couple of times where I had to explain my issue twice because different agents were involved in the call. Waiting time was moderate—neither super quick nor painfully slow—but the support managed to address my questions about the dialer and database features effectively. I understood what steps to take next without feeling rushed or confused. The automatic updates didn’t require any action from me, which was a nice bonus, so that part of the software worked smoothly behind the scenes. Overall, I expected a more frustrating experience with longer waiting or repetition, but the support did their job well enough to keep me satisfied. Still, there is room for improvement in reducing hand-offs between agents and making the first-call resolution rate better. Even with some minor drawbacks, the practical outcome was that my issues were resolved and that’s the most important thing in the end.
