Expected less waiting, got a lot of repetitive calls and back-and-forth
I thought the pre-purchase sales process would be quick and straightforward, but it dragged on much longer than I anticipated. Initially, I expected a smooth walkthrough and clear explanations of the software and training package, but instead, I found myself repeating the same questions multiple times. There seemed to be a lot of waiting involved between different steps, which tested my patience. The sales reps explained features in circles, which made it hard to get a direct answer on what was included. Sometimes it felt like they were using buzzwords rather than explaining how the software actually fit remote workflows. I was also unsure about when I would receive invoices or confirmation emails after signing up, which added to the confusion. I wanted a confident, no-fuss process that respected buyers’ time. While some parts of the conversation were helpful, overall, it failed to meet my expectations for clarity and efficiency. It’s hard to say if I would try again because of the way the pre-sale communication was handled.
