Expected less waiting, but software was mostly smooth

At the start, I wasn’t sure how much waiting or repetition I’d encounter using the software, but overall it turned out reasonably efficient. The access flow to different features did have moments where I thought I would have to sit waiting for something to load or re-enter information, which was slightly frustrating. Still, the inevitable delays that do happen in remote software didn’t feel excessive. On the other hand, I sometimes found myself repeating steps, especially when trying to update the database or launch calling sessions, which made me second guess if I was doing it right or if the system itself had a glitch. I was slightly worried that these moments would get in the way of smoother workflows. However, as I became more familiar with which buttons led where and what to anticipate, these hiccups diminished notably. The sign-up and payment processes were straightforward, so I didn’t have to waste time there. I’m not sure if the software could be further optimized to reduce waiting and repetition entirely, but what I experienced was decent compared to what I expected.
