Expected less waiting but got a balance
When I started the training and onboarding, I expected the whole process to be quite quick, with the focus on moving through steps efficiently without much delay. However, what I actually experienced was a mixed bag. Some parts of the onboarding were definitely concise and straightforward, letting me get the hang of the software and dialer tools fairly quickly. At the same time, certain aspects involved repetitive tutorials and occasional waiting, especially when automatic updates were being applied during my session. This slowed down progress more than I had anticipated, making me feel like I was revisiting the same instructions multiple times before moving forward. Nevertheless, the waiting allowed for the software to stay current and avoid bugs, which is a positive trade-off. The telephonic support was available throughout, which also helped mitigate any frustrations I had with the delay. All things considered, while I hoped for smoother speed without repetition, the experience balanced user preparation against the necessary pacing of updates. So I see the reasoning behind what I got even if it wasn't exactly what I’d hoped.
