Expected labels to guide better but they just confused
I had high expectations that the training and onboarding software would be user-friendly, especially with clear wording and intuitive labels. Unfortunately, this was not what I encountered. The terminology used throughout seemed unnecessarily technical and often did not match what I thought would be the simplest way to describe the tools and steps. When I tried to navigate the modules, I kept getting stuck because the labels didn’t make sense in context, which slowed my progress considerably. The onboarding steps felt disjointed partly because I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place or supposed to do something else next. This caused a lot of trial and error, and I honestly did not feel the training was efficient for me. Considering that the main goal was to help me get going quickly with the remote workflow software, I ended up spending more time figuring out the instructions than actually learning how to use the platform effectively. So overall, the wording didn’t serve the purpose I expected it to, which was frustrating.
