Expected Just Basic Training, Par Mile Kai Useful Resources
When I first signed up, I thought onboarding would be just straightforward videos and a few PDFs to skim through. But actually, the training provided was pretty extensive and easy to navigate once I got into it. Finding what I needed didn’t feel like a chore; the menus and the search bars worked well, so I could jump from one topic to another without getting lost. I spent a couple of days experimenting with the software while following along, and I realized that the onboarding wasn’t just about tutorials—it felt like a community with live support and recorded sessions that answered common questions. I wasn’t expecting such detailed guidance; honestly, I was worried it might be overwhelming. But stepping back, that thoroughness actually helped me stay on track and understand the remote workflow tools better than I thought I would. Every time I felt stuck, I went back to training modules and found what I needed quickly. So they definitely delivered more than what I expected initially, which made the whole process smoother and a lot less stressful for me.
