expected it to be tricky but turned out pretty smooth
I thought setting up the WFHI software would be a pain and I might need a lot of help multiple times, but honestly that wasn’t the case at all. From sign-up to getting access, it was mostly straightforward, and the onboarding flow guided me enough so I didn’t feel lost. Calling tools were easier to figure out than I imagined, the dialer worked well throughout the week without many glitches or surprises. The database feature flexed well with my usual workflow so that was a nice bonus. Since updates happen automatically, I haven’t had to worry about manually installing anything or asking for extra help. Yeah, I called support once just to check something and they were pretty helpful, but I feel like the next time I jump in, I’ll be able to handle it myself without dialing them again. Overall, nicer than expected experience.
