expected help, got it partly right and partly wrong
When I first accessed the software, I was aware that some level of help might be necessary, and this indeed turned out to be the case. Accessing the main dashboard was straightforward, and I could navigate to the database section without significant difficulty. The automatic updates seemed to apply quietly in the background, which I appreciated as it reduced disruption. However, I found that some labels and menu options were not very intuitive, making it harder than expected to find the specific calling tools I needed. As a result, I did reach out to support a couple of times. The telephonic assistance was patient and clear but occasionally slow in response, which meant that I probably will need help again next time I use those features extensively. The invoicing and payment side was easier and did not require support, so that part met my expectations. While I expected some learning curve, the mixed ease of access made me think future sessions with support would still be necessary to maximize the software’s potential for my workflow.
