Expected hand-holding but had to figure some parts myself
When I first joined WFHI, I was hoping for a training and onboarding process that would guide me step-by-step through everything. The initial sessions were helpful, especially when they covered the basics of using the call tools and setting up the database. However, I quickly realized that quite a few finer details I had to work out on my own. For example, configuring some automatic updates and integrating new workflows wasn't as clearly outlined as I expected. It’s not that the training was bad, but I probably underestimated how much independent troubleshooting would be required. I sometimes found myself going back and forth, trying to understand if an issue was because of my setup or the software itself. Maybe it’s part of adapting to any technology, but the gap between expectation and reality was noticeable. Still, I did manage to learn what I needed to keep using the tools effectively, even if it felt like more of a self-study journey than full support. So, I’m cautiously optimistic I’ll keep managing, but initial expectations about the onboarding being more fully guided weren’t quite met.
