Expected guidance but got more freedom than I thought
When I started looking into the sales and pre-purchase process, I expected the platform to hold my hand through every step, but actually, I had to figure out quite a bit on my own. The onboarding was smooth overall, but certain nuances like setting up the dialer configurations and importing my database took some trial and error. That’s not a bad thing really, because it forced me to really understand how things worked behind the scenes. At first, I was a bit overwhelmed with this freedom, since there wasn't a rigid walkthrough for those parts, but once I got past that phase during the training, I found that this flexibility allowed me to tailor the workflow in ways I hadn’t imagined. It’s strange how what began as a hurdle turned into an asset. Looking back, the only thing I wish had been more explicit was exactly how much I'd be left to work out rather than having everything planned out. Still, the automatic updates and support helped iron out many glitches along the way. Overall, the balance between guidance and independence was better than I thought it would be, just not what I expected at first.
