expected flexible training hours but got mostly fixed ones instead
I wasn’t sure how well the training would line up with my usual work hours, so I hoped for some flexibility there. The onboarding sessions were scheduled mostly during the day, which didn't jive well with my own hours since I usually work late evenings. It was a bit frustrating because I had to skip some parts or catch up on my own, and that made the whole onboarding feel less connected. Honestly, the actual content they offered was okay, and the material had some good basics, but the timing really threw me off. Also, the sign-up and payment process were straightforward enough, so I can’t complain there. But when it comes to the training hours specifically, it was not quite what I expected and made me question if it fits my routine. I did try to reach support for some alternate session options but didn’t get much luck. Overall, I guess it’s fine for people who work typical daytime hours, but if your schedule differs a lot like mine, it might be hard to catch all the live parts. Still, the software seems decent and I’m slowly figuring the rest out myself while adjusting my hours around the training stuff.
