Expected flexible hours training, got rigid timings instead
My biggest disappointment with WFHI’s onboarding was that the training schedule did not align with the hours I actually work. I expected more flexibility given the remote workflow focus, but sessions were fixed at times that conflicted with my daily commitments. This made it very difficult to attend live training and kept me having to catch up later, which was frustrating and inefficient. Additionally, while the calling tools and dialer were useful, their training was embedded within those rigid schedules, limiting my ability to practice comfortably. The software updates happened automatically, which I appreciated, but since I missed parts of the training, I didn’t fully benefit from new features. The sign-up and invoicing were clear and smooth so at least that part was simple. Overall, the mismatch between the training timetable and my available work hours was a deal-breaker for me, significantly limiting the onboarding’s value.
