Expected flexible hours; got rigid scheduling

When I first signed up for WFHI’s software, my main hope was that it would fit snugly into the variable hours I work. I expected a system that could handle fluctuating schedules without much fuss. Unfortunately, the reality never matched up. Initially, during onboarding, the software seemed promising but as I tried to align its tools with my actual hours, it quickly became apparent that it lacked flexibility for my needs. The call scheduling and database features did not sync well with my daily routine, which led to a lot of wasted time and frustration. Over time I noticed that the software’s updates didn’t resolve these issues either; rather, they sometimes made it more complicated to adapt quickly on the day-to-day. The dialer, which I thought would simplify contacting leads, often obstructed my workflow as it didn’t consider my fluctuating availability. I reached out to telephonic support a few times but the responses felt generic and didn’t help solve the core problem of the inflexible working hours. Reflecting on the invoicing and payment process, it was straightforward, but that doesn’t make up for the core mismatch between the tool and my schedule. Overall, I’m left with regret about how the software worked out for me. The initial expectations set a higher bar, but the actual experience was a clear disappointment in terms of fitting the hours I really work.
