Expected flexible hours, got more limits
When I first signed up, I expected the software to adjust nicely to the times I actually work. Unfortunately, the system's scheduling and access controls felt rigid and didn't quite fit with my irregular hours. While the dialer and database worked fine during the standard shifts, outside those times I found myself locked out or struggling to sync data. It's not that the product was entirely unusable—I can say the automatic updates were smooth and didn't disrupt my workflow. However, the mismatch with my working hours made it difficult to rely on it fully for my routine. The onboarding process was straightforward, but it didn't warn me about these limitations. Also, contacting support regarding these issues was possible, yet responses sometimes took longer than expected, which added to my frustration. Given these points, I feel the software excels in some areas but falls short on flexibility, which was a key factor for me. So, while there's potential, it wasn't quite the right fit for my working style.
