Expected flexible hours, but not fully the case — would try again
Initially, I thought the software and setup would perfectly align with the variable hours I put in daily, expecting it to adjust with my workflow. However, once I started using the dialer and database features, I noticed some moments where the system felt a little rigid about session timings, not completely flexible as I hoped. Still, the training materials helped me understand how to schedule my tasks better. Despite this, I feel comfortable continuing to use the system and would consider signing up again, hoping that future updates will improve adaptability to different working hours.
