Expected flexible hours but got mixed experience actually
When I first checked the WFHI product, I thought the working hours would be very flexible, something to really fit with my schedule. I was particularly interested in how the calling tools and database features would let me manage time more efficiently. However, during the trial period and setup phases, I noticed that there were some constraints I hadn’t anticipated, like specific window times for accessing the dialer or mandatory update schedules that interrupted my routine. The sales process was informative on which software features were available but did not specify clearly about the timing aspects. One moment I felt the platform would save me a lot of time each day; another moment, I realized I might have to adjust more than I expected. Overall, while the software itself performed well and the invoicing and payment steps were straightforward, the fit for my actual working hours was not as seamless as I had hoped. I’m still weighing whether this would suit my longer-term needs or if I will need to look for alternatives with more flexible engagement parameters.
