expected flexible hours but got fixed timing
When I signed up for the training and onboarding through WFHI, I was hoping for a program that would accommodate the hours I actually work, which tend to be quite varied. The sessions themselves were informative and well-structured, but the schedule was quite rigid, which sometimes conflicted with my availability. Over the weeks, I noticed that while the training content aligned well with my work needs, the fixed timing made it harder to keep up consistently. The software access hours and dialer tools were available continuously, which was good, but without matching training sessions, I felt a bit disconnected. The onboarding process was straightforward, and the support team was responsive when I reached out with questions about timing alternatives. I was expecting a more flexible approach given the remote nature of the workflows, but overall, the program delivered solid content. I think it would suit those with stable work hours more than freelancers or people with varying schedules like mine.
