Expected flexible hours but got complexity instead
I signed up thinking the software would easily fit around the hours I usually work remotely. Unfortunately, the interface felt rigid and didn't adjust to the unpredictable times I keep. I tried multiple times to customize schedules, but every effort led to confusing errors, which wasted a lot of my time. My setup process became frustrating because the software's availability options seemed made for fixed office hours not for someone juggling different timings. Even the access speed was inconsistent during my usual working slots, which was very disappointing. I had hoped for a smoother transition to remote workflows with a product that respects flexible hours, but this felt like a poor match for my needs. I found myself struggling just to keep the software accessible and functional during my daily work hours, making the experience more stressful than productive. Overall, my expectations of compatibility with my working times were not met, and the software made the whole process more of a hassle than a help.
