Expected flexible hours, but got a mismatch with actual software limits
I expected the software to cater to flexible or unusual working hours since the promotion made it seem suited for all remote workers. However, after I started using the tools and tried to set up my schedule according to the hours I actually work, I found that the software did not fully support those timings. The calling and database features are functional, but they are locked into conventional business hours in a way that did not fit my patterns. This mismatch meant the tools became somewhat frustrating to use when my required hours were outside of those limits. I reached out to support to clarify and they confirmed that the software's scheduling features are primarily designed for typical office hours. This limited flexibility was disappointing because I expected to configure everything to my own hours and work style directly through the software. Overall, there was a gap between what I thought the tool would offer and what it actually allowed me to manage.
