Expected flexibility matched well with actual working hours
Initially, I was concerned about whether the WFHI software and training would fit my irregular working hours, given my personal schedule constraints. Their sales information suggested some adaptability for different timings, but I wasn’t completely sure how that would materialize in practice. After using the software for a few weeks and going through the training sessions, it became clear that the system does accommodate the kind of working hours I actually keep. For example, the calling tools could be set to sync with my preferred times, which made initiating dialer sessions more convenient around my availability. The database also allowed for updates outside of typical office hours without any access restrictions. However, the scheduled training modules felt slightly rigid in timing, sometimes overlapping with my busiest hours, which required some adjustment on my part. Overall, though, the core software aligned well with my expectations from the sales conversations, giving me confidence that I could integrate it into my workflow without losing productivity due to timing mismatches. I’m reasonably satisfied with how those hours fit now.
