Expected fitting hours but got mismatched timing
I was really hoping that the training and onboarding schedule would sync neatly with my actual work hours, but honestly, it missed the mark by a bit too much. The sessions often ran late into times I usually set aside for rest, which made was tough after a long day. I tried several times to adjust or get alternative slots but flexibility was limited. The onboarding flow itself was clear and followable, I’ll give them that, but being realistic about when I can actually log in mattered a lot more. I think maybe they expect users to be more adaptable with their personal schedules, but not everyone can switch around commitments so easily. It felt like a mismatch between their training hours and real-world working hours that they didn’t quite address. Still, the content was fairly informative and paced well; it just needed better timing alignment for those of us balancing other responsibilities.
