Expected faster start, but support helped eventually
Looking back on the time I took to get fully set up with WFHI, I realize my expectations were a bit off when I first signed up. I thought the whole process—from invoicing through training—would be pretty quick and seamless, but it actually took longer to get completely comfortable with the software. The billing and payment part was straightforward, so no complaints there. The training sessions helped start me off, but it still took a few weeks of using the calling features and managing the database to really find my rhythm. Telephonic support was useful during that phase, though, especially since they offered priority assistance when I needed to resolve some questions more urgently. That made a big difference in speeding things up eventually, even if the initial learning curve was steeper than I had expected. I’m glad I stuck with it because the regular automatic updates have made the software easier to use over time, and it feels more intuitive now. Still, I would have preferred a bit more guidance early on to speed up the whole onboarding experience.
