Expected faster flow but ended with some repeating steps
I anticipated the sign-up and invoicing to be straightforward and quick based on initial info. However, the reality was a bit slower as I found myself waiting between steps more than expected. Some parts of the payment verification process felt repetitive, like I was asked for similar info twice. That added time and some frustration. On the plus side, the telephonic support helped clarify doubts promptly. Compared to other platforms I've used, this experience demanded more patience. Effort wise, it wasn't difficult but could definitely be smoother with fewer redundant checks.
