However, I found myself waiting repeatedly for answers when I had follow-up questions about the training schedules and call system functionality. There were multiple instances where the same information was repeated in different calls but no new clarity was provided. Though the representative was polite, the delays and repetition wore down my initial enthusiasm. I expected more immediate responses and streamlined communication to help me decide faster. The experience was mildly frustrating, even though I appreciated some of the explanations given.
