Expected easy support but it was a bit tricky

I was hoping to find quick answers through telephonic support, expecting them to guide me clearly through the dialing tool issues I faced. Unfortunately, navigating the menu and explaining my problem took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating compared to my initial expectations. On the plus side, once connected to a representative, I did get useful advice and a reasonable explanation of next steps. So while I expected smoother and speedier communication, the actual experience was more of a waiting game that eventually delivered some value. Keeping a clear mind helps when dealing with the support process on here.
