Expected easy setup, but got ongoing hassles instead
Before I purchased, I thought the setup would be mostly one-off, just get everything ready and then focus on work. However, after signing up, I realized much of the setup needed constant attention and tweaking, which was frustrating. The sales rep was enthusiastic but didn’t mention that I'd spend significant time later managing the software rather than just using it. The invoicing and payment part was straightforward enough but the ongoing support needed for configuration was more than I expected. Also, the training didn’t cover some real issues I then faced, leading me to invest more time than planned. I wanted something more plug-and-play, but this wasn’t the case. It does offer some good features and the calling tools worked okay, but the mix of one-off and ongoing tasks was handled poorly in communication before purchase. Overall, it did not align with the quick and simple setup I had in mind.
