Expected easy onboarding, got a mix of helpful and confusing
Before I started using WFHI’s training and onboarding, I thought it would be a really straightforward process based on what I’d read. I was expecting a clean flow from signing up to starting with the dialer in just a day or two, but in reality, it took longer and felt more disjointed. The training itself was good—informative and detailed—and the calling tools worked well once set up. But the database integration was a bit clunky and the automatic updates sometimes made me unsure if I should pause or keep going during a session. I kept circling back to wonder if I had missed something in the onboarding steps because the path wasn’t as linear as I thought. Telephonic support was helpful when I did reach out, which was a plus. So in the end, the experience was kind of a mixed bag – good training and tools, but the onboarding flow didn’t quite match my expectations, which was a bit frustrating. Still, the positives kept me on board so far.
