Expected easy navigation but faced too much searching
I was really hoping the software interface would be intuitive enough that I could quickly find whatever data or tools I needed without wasting time. However, my experience was mostly frustrating as important features like the dialer and database entry seemed scattered, requiring a lot of digging through menus and options. The training didn’t quite prepare me for how confusing navigation would be. While there were moments when automatic updates added useful improvements, it didn’t offset the difficulty I had in simply locating the tools during my daily tasks. I had expected a more user-friendly layout and faster access to core functions, but instead found myself spending more time searching than actually working. This mismatch means I’m not fully satisfied with the current software setup despite some positives.
