expected easy labels, got confusion instead

So I was hoping the software labels would be super simple cause I’m not very technical, but what I saw was different. The database and dialer had labels that sometimes didn’t clearly explain what they were for, which made it hard to move fast. Some terms like ‘workflow’ felt vague and didn't quite match what I expected after reading the pre-purchase info. On the plus side, the signup and payment process was pretty straightforward and invoices came on time so that was good. Calling tools worked okay but felt slow in response. Also the automatic updates changed stuff unexpectedly which was confusing at first but then I got used to it. Support was reachable but not always quick enough to resolve my doubts immediately. Overall, what I got was usable software but with more jargons and less clear wording than expected, so had to spend extra time figuring things out and contacting support. A little more user-friendly language and consistent labels would make a big difference. Otherwise, it’s doing the job but not as intuitive as I hoped.
