Before signing up, I was hoping it would be straightforward to find the exact software and training options I needed. Unfortunately, navigating the WFHI website was not as simple as I expected. There were multiple pages and sections that seemed to overlap in describing features, which made it difficult to understand the exact capabilities or pricing. I looked for clear overviews or summary sheets to compare products, but these were hard to locate. Also, the sales representatives I tried to contact did not provide the concise answers I was after; instead, they pushed general information without tailoring it to my questions. Because of this, I spent a lot of time trying to piece together what I could get without getting a clear picture. It felt like a mismatch between what I assumed would be an efficient process and what actually occurred. While I appreciate the effort they put into providing info, the lack of straightforwardness before purchase left me quite frustrated.
