Expected easier timing, got a slog for hours
I had hoped the training and onboarding schedule would fit neatly into my available hours. However, the actual pace was quite different from what I anticipated. Initially, the sessions were too rigidly timed, not allowing much flexibility for my other commitments. The training materials felt somewhat extensive for the time allotted each day, making it tough to keep up without putting in extra hours. This mismatch led me to question whether the system truly accommodates varied personal schedules as smoothly as suggested. While I appreciated the trainers trying to be helpful and adapting when possible, the overall rhythm did not meet my expectations. I also found that some sessions overlapped with busy calling tool practice times, which caused confusion. On the positive side, the software interface itself is fairly intuitive and once I had access, managing the database was straightforward. In conclusion, the hours expected by WFHI weren't exactly what I got, which made the onboarding experience more stressful than I had hoped.
