Expected easier support navigation but was disappointed
When I first signed up, I expected the support and communication channels to be clearly accessible and straightforward to use. However, I found navigating through their resources to be more cumbersome than anticipated. The automated menus were quite confusing, requiring multiple attempts to reach a live representative. Additionally, the online help felt scattered and not logically organized, which made it difficult to quickly find answers to basic queries. I anticipated faster resolution considering the promotional information, but what I got was a longer wait and some circuitous instructions that didn’t feel very helpful. One positive was that when I finally connected to someone, they were polite and willing to assist, though the overall experience could have been improved significantly with better initial access and clearer pathways. The mismatch between what was expected and what was delivered left me quite frustrated during crucial moments when I needed support urgently.
