Initially, I anticipated that finding the right training modules would be a bit more straightforward given the detailed index outline. Most of the key topics like using the dialer and managing customer data were clearly laid out and easy to access, which matched my expectations. However, sometimes I struggled to locate specific troubleshooting guides quickly, which was a little frustrating. A search function or better tagging could help. The onboarding process was smooth, yet I felt the software’s help section could be better integrated with the training materials for quicker reference. Despite this, overall the resources were comprehensive and gave me what I needed to learn the essentials, just not always with the speed or ease I had hoped for.
