I was hoping the WFHI software would make it straightforward to find what I needed quickly, but it was more complicated than expected. The database feature was helpful once I understood its layout, yet the lack of direct guides made initial navigation quite challenging. On the bright side, the dialer was easy to operate and consistent in performance, which did save time. For someone used to intuitive dashboards, this software required a learning curve. Overall, I got about half of what I anticipated in terms of accessibility, leaving me uncertain if my own expectations were too high or if the design could be improved.
