Expected confident purchase, got unsure process instead
When I approached the sales and pre-purchase process, I expected a straightforward and confident experience, where I could be sure about the product's fit for my needs. However, that expectation was not fully met. The information shared initially seemed promising, but as I progressed through signing up and looking over invoicing options, I felt less confident. The setup did not seem as clearly explained as I had hoped, making it hard to fully trust that the software would completely cover my planned workflows. Training seemed a bit hurried and jumbled, without much room to ask detailed questions before moving on. The dialer and database features were briefly outlined but not enough to be sure how they'd support my requirements. Payment processing was functional but didn't offer many details about ongoing commitments, which left me uncertain. I also found that support responses to my queries during the sales stage were practical but sometimes felt rushed, not helping to build a strong assurance. Overall, what I expected was a clear, confident path toward using the software fully, but instead, it felt like I was left guessing about some key points. While the system worked okay, the pre-purchase interaction did not match the clarity and confidence I originally sought.
