Expected confidence but felt more uncertain
When I first considered the training and onboarding offered by WFHI, I anticipated coming out feeling much more confident about handling the software and remote workflow tasks. The initial sessions did cover the basics well, and the instructional materials were clear enough to understand fundamental functions like using the calling tools and navigating the database. However, as the training progressed, I found myself struggling to apply that knowledge consistently in real scenarios. Some parts of the software felt less intuitive than I expected, especially when automatic updates altered certain functionalities without clear explanations. The telephonic support was responsive at times but also occasionally slow, which didn’t help boost my confidence during frustrating moments. I appreciated that the payment and invoicing procedures were straightforward and error-free, giving some relief in administration. Yet, by the end of the onboarding flow, I was left feeling uncertain whether I had fully grasped everything to comfortably manage the remote workflows alone. There were moments when I thought the training could have been more interactive or hands-on to address specific difficulties. So in balance, while the expected confidence gain was partly realized, some unanswered questions and a few support delays diminished it. I am hopeful future refinements might improve this, but currently, my comfort level remains mixed rather than assured.
