Expected confidence but ended up confused
I had high hopes for the WFHI training and onboarding program, thinking it would give me a clear and confident start with their software. Unfortunately, by the end of the process, I felt quite uncertain instead. The training modules seemed to cover a lot, but the pace was sometimes too fast for me to really internalize the steps, especially around using the calling tools and database effectively together. I expected hands-on support to fill those gaps, but the telephonic assistance wasn't as prompt as I hoped during critical moments of setup. Because of that, the onboarding flow felt a bit disjointed; I was often left wondering if I had done the setup correctly or missed something important. The automatic updates, which I thought would improve things instantly, sometimes introduced changes that confused me further without immediate guidance. Even the documentation wasn't as detailed as I needed to fully trust I could handle the workflows independently. So while I appreciate the effort in training, I ended up feeling less confident about managing my remote workflows after completing it than I expected at the start.
