Expected clearer training but what I got was confusing

Reflecting back on my training and onboarding experience with WFHI, I had expected much clearer explanations of how to use the software and tools to manage remote workflows. The initial sign-up process was fine, and I received some instructional materials, but they were sometimes vague or assumed prior knowledge I didn’t have. It wasn't always obvious how to use the dialer feature or set up the database effectively for my own purposes. Several concepts were repeated without new details, which made it feel a bit drawn out without adding clarity. Over time, I realized I had to rely on exploring the software on my own to grasp how things actually worked. Some support channels did provide answers, but the training itself didn't prepare me well for troubleshooting or fully understanding workflow management. Since then, I've improved through trial and error, yet I believe a more structured and detailed introduction to each tool during onboarding would have saved me time and frustration. Despite these setbacks, I do acknowledge that the payment and invoicing process was straightforward and well explained. Overall, the training felt less helpful than what I initially anticipated.
