Expected clearer terms, but got confused labels instead
I was expecting the software to use clear and straightforward wording that would help me quickly understand and use the tools. Instead, I found the labels quite confusing and inconsistent across different sections. It made navigating the calling tools and database features harder than I anticipated. For example, some buttons and options had technical terms that didn’t seem user-friendly or descriptive enough, leaving me wondering about their actual purpose. While the onboarding promised an easy flow, the wording didn’t always match the real experience, which slowed down my progress. Telephonic support tried to help, but sometimes the explanations weren’t enough to ease the confusion caused by unclear labels. Overall, I expected a more intuitive interface, but instead, I had to spend extra time just figuring out what things meant, which was frustrating.
