expected clearer steps, got mixed labels
When I began the training and onboarding, I had certain expectations about how clear the labels and instructions would be. I thought the software interface would have straightforward, unambiguous wording to help navigate quickly, but in reality, some labels were a bit confusing. For example, the database section had different terms than what the video tutorials used, which made me stop and figure things out several times. The calling tools and dialer worked fine, but I expected the training materials to be more consistent with the software layout. On the plus side, the automatic updates meant I rarely had to manually check for new versions which simplified things. The sign-up and invoicing process were clear and easy enough. Telephonic support was responsive but sometimes used terminology that didn’t match what I saw on screen. Overall, the training was helpful but not as polished as I had hoped in terms of wording and labels, which made some parts more time-consuming than necessary.
