Expected clearer pre-purchase info but some parts were helpful
When I first considered buying the software and training, the sales explanations felt decent but could have been more straightforward. On one hand, the representatives did a good job explaining the basic features and the kind of remote workflows I could manage with it. That gave me a fair idea of what to expect as I was looking to improve my remote work setup. On the other hand, some aspects of the invoicing and payment steps were a bit vague in the initial conversations. I wasn’t fully sure how the billing cycle would work or how updates might affect the software I’d be using. After signing up, I noticed the onboarding flow was fairly smooth, and the training covered calling tools and the database feature well, which is a positive. Still, the automatic updates introduced a few changes that I hadn’t anticipated, leading to a short adjustment period. The telephonic support was reachable and addressed my concerns properly, so that balanced my experience out somewhat. Overall, my expectations were mixed against what I got. Some clarity on the payment and update details beforehand would have made the decision easier, but the core functionalities and support stood up well once I was in. So I guess it’s a moderate experience with both good and less so aspects.
