Before buying the WFHI product, I expected the sales process and the descriptions to be very straightforward, especially when it came to the software's features and navigation. The labeling on the sales materials made me believe that the software would be simple to set up and start using right away. However, when I began using it, I found that some labels within the interface were confusing and less intuitive than I anticipated. For instance, certain calling tools used terms that were not entirely clear without referring back to training materials, which slowed me down. On the positive side, the procedural steps for signing up, invoicing, and payment were well-organized, which matched what I expected. Also, the training did clarify many of the initially unclear aspects after some usage. Overall, I was as prepared as I thought I would be, but the wording inside the software itself could have been more carefully thought out to avoid confusion. It's not a dealbreaker, but something I personally noticed.
