Expected clearer labels than what I found
You provided a stable software environment with useful features but I expected the wording in the dashboard and calling tools to be more intuitive. Often, I found labels confusing or too technical, which slowed down my daily workflow. The database feature itself is powerful but without clearer descriptions, it took me longer to locate what I needed. The automatic updates helped correct some problems, but again, these changes were not well documented inside the interface. Signing up and paying through your system was hassle-free and efficient, which was a positive. While the training helped somewhat, it didn’t fully prepare me for navigating certain menus. In general, what I expected was a more user-friendly setup with straightforward language for ease of use, but what I got was fine but with room for improvement on explaining some features better.
