Expected clearer labels in training, got a bit confusing instead

I thought the training labels and wording would be straightforward and clear to help me move through the onboarding easily. At first, some titles for features like database management and automatic updates did make sense and matched my expectations. However, parts of the training used terminology that seemed inconsistent or a bit vague, especially when it came to the dialer functions and call routing steps. This caused some pause because I wasn’t sure if I was following the right instruction or if a step applied to my setup. So, while the content was useful, the wording could definitely be improved to reduce confusion and improve learning speed.
