Expected clearer labels, got some confusing wording instead
I had expected the software interface and access labels to be more straightforward and intuitive. Unfortunately, many of the labels on calling tools and the database feature were ambiguous, which sometimes slowed down my workflow. For instance, some buttons and options were named in ways that didn't clearly indicate their functions, forcing me to guess or refer back to training materials frequently. Despite this, the software did the job I required once I understood the basics and could navigate to the right features. The sign-up, invoicing, and payment processes were well labeled and clear, so at least those parts worked as expected. However, I find that the mismatch between my expectations for straightforward wording and the reality of the sometimes confusing interface lowers my overall impression. I believe if improvements were made to label clarity and terminology, the software would better meet practical daily needs without as much reliance on external support.
