Expected clearer labels, but training mostly helped me navigate
When I first started with WFHI, I expected the terminology and labels within the app to be more intuitive. Some labels in the dashboard and call management tools were not clearly descriptive at first, which caused minor confusion during the initial training. However, the training sessions and onboarding materials provided enough explanations to help me understand these terms and workflows eventually. For example, the naming of certain database fields did not immediately match my usual working terms, so I had to double-check with support. The sign-up and payment process went as expected without issues, and the automatic updates didn’t interfere with my usage. Telephonic support was patient and answered my questions on terminology clearly when I reached out. The clarity of training combined with on-demand support helped bridge the gap between what I expected and what was present in the software. Overall, while labels weren’t initially self-explanatory, the training compensated adequately, making the platform usable.
