Expected clearer labels but parts of software worked as hoped
When I first accessed the WFHI software, I expected the wording and labels throughout to be straightforward and aligned with usual remote workflow tools. However, the experience was mixed. For example, I remember struggling to find the exact function to update my database entries because the label used didn’t match similar tools I’ve used before, and that moment caused a bit of delay. Yet, once I got familiar, many other features, particularly the calling tools and automatic updates, functioned smoothly without confusing terminology. The sign-up and invoice handling process was standard and easy to complete, which was a positive contrast. Training helped somewhat with clarifying these terms, but it did not cover every new label or button, so some trial and error was unavoidable. I appreciated the telephonic support when I had questions, although some explanations used jargon I had to ask them to simplify. If the software had more intuitive terminology from the start, it would have saved time. So overall, some parts worked exactly as I expected, but others needed extra effort to understand fully, balancing out my impressions.
