Expected clearer labels but got confusing instructions

I was really hoping that the support and communication from WFHI would be straightforward and helpful, especially in understanding the software and training modules. What I got, however, was a bit frustrating. The wording in the FAQs and support communications didn’t always make sense to me; some labels were ambiguous and didn’t explain the features clearly. I expected smoother guidance and simpler calls to action so I could easily navigate the tools, but I kept second-guessing what each button or message meant. While the telephonic support was polite and attempted to help, the terminology they used felt inconsistent with what I saw on the screen. This disconnect made trouble-shooting slow and sometimes ineffective. On the positive side, the sign-up and payment process was fairly straightforward and easy to complete, so at least that part worked as expected. The training flow was decent too, though it could have used clearer wording to reduce confusion. I realize it is a complex software with many features, but clear language would make a huge difference. I’d like to see more intuitive labeling and better support communication next time I use the service, otherwise I may struggle again with understanding the platform fully.
