Expected clearer labels before sign-up, got fuzzy terms instead

When I initially looked at WFHI’s software and support, my expectation was that the sales materials and pre-purchase explanations would use clear, straightforward language. However, the wording and labels I encountered during sign-up and exploration were more confusing than anticipated. Terms used for features and payment steps didn’t match up with the descriptions I’d read beforehand, so I spent more time trying to figure things out. This made the pre-purchase and onboarding process slower and somewhat frustrating compared to what I wanted. The sales info suggested simplicity but the actual interface needed more direct labels to make sense quickly. I appreciate the intent but the reality didn’t quite meet my expectations for clear, user-friendly wording and labeling.
